Does anyone know if it is possible to wash a Tempur pedic pillow?

I shipped one from Japan to North America and when it arrived after several months on a boat it was very moldy.

Some websites say you can wash the cover but not the pillow.

I'm wondering how to wash the mold out of the pillow without wrecking the pillow.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ewww...I don't think you can wash the pillow without destroying it or making it worse. You might wanna just invest in getting a new one. You don't wanna take the chance of sleeping on a moldy pillow and inhaling mold while you sleep.

Uh, I'd say throw it out. You got screwed. You don't want the mold to make you sick. Washing it won't help.
