Galactus. As was revealed later, the 'Secret Wars' were all a set up. The great powers of the universe knew all about the Beyonder and set it all up to help bring him together and complete him later as Kosmos.
The Beyonder was not as powerful as he thought or appeared to be, everyone simply whet along with it as part of the plan. So Galactus took a fall when fighting him, he did not lose.
In the end, the Beyonder is just a cosmic cube...and while powerful...they are not all powerful.

Beyonder would whip Galactus and has already done so as Beyonder has unlimited power and Galactus has great power but quite limited. Read Marvel's Secret Wars and you will see for yourself

Pre-retcon beyonder would annihilate galactus as he already has. He was basically the TOAA back then.

beyonder would win just because of power suply, but if galactus have the uni power(spelling?) makeing him captain universe then he could probally kill him
