I'm not sure what type of job I should take because both sound quite intriging and I have researched them both and I know which college I'll go to and everything. I just need help deciding to be an Egyptologist or an FBI Special Agent, yes, Special Agent. I'll work up to it.

All depends on you. Do you like to follow orders even if you don't agree with them? Can you handle obnoxious civil servants? If yes the go with FBI because you will be dealing with real live people.

Otherwise Egyptologist may be a better choice.

well egyptologyst you can just be right after college but for the FBI that is like a 10yr career to just be considered to apply for the FBI, after that it will be about another 5 or so years and clearences to just be considered to eb a special agent!

so seriously if you think you can handle being first a patrol officer for your city for a minimum of 3 years and are in it for the long haul then go for it!! but keep in mind that it is a long road!! i mean it can be close to 20 yrs after you start your law enforcement career!
