whats a fast way to loos weight? im not over weight i weigh about 99 but i need to get down to 90

im not anerexic im only 5 ft and im and still young about 14 or so but my thighs still look really fat to me

eat less and do exercise the you will be able to lose your weight

ok may i ask why you need to lose weight ???? 99 pounds is not that much so why would you have to go to 90 this question kinda makes me nervous for you and i hope that what ever it is it all works out for you

How old are you? 99 lbs is not very much. I dont recommend losing any more weight. Be Heathly!

I'm to break this bad news to you.....but....you have an eating disorder. Get a hobby, boyfriend, etc....stop looking in the mirror all day. Professional help if necessary.

drink 2-3 glasses of water 20 minutes before ur meals....and fill ur stomach with salad. Do not drink water during the meals...u shud drink water after half hour.

no offence but ud have to be 4ft 10in for that to be healthy . tell us how tall u r and ull get better feed back. sounds like u just want people to say ur skinny. GOOD LUCK GAINING WEIGHT

ofcourse you are over weight!!

you should run the treadmill 20 mins everyday,avoid oily and fatening food.....exercise,exercise,exercise
