Culturally we seem to think seventy or perhaps upper sixties. It's not a scientific answer but a psychological one.

Chronological age is not necessarily the same as biological age. It is very possible that someone may age faster biologically than chronologically. Heavy drug and alcohol usage causes premature aging problems; so does smoking tobacco in excess.
I believe that the diet one consumes can effect aging; a healthy, nutritionally sound diet is known to slow the aging process. Junk foods and heavy refined carbohydrate/white sugar consumption definitely contributes to premature aging.
And do not rule out genetics. Some people simply age faster than others; IE, some people go grey at 20, others at 60. There are many factors, but one can age prematurely, and therefore, die of old age though still relatively young.

Unfortunately you can no longer die of old age.
The laws require an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. There are exceptions to the Autopsy law, one of which is that the person has been hospitalized for more than 24 hours prior to death. In that case the Doctors already know why.

You are never to young to die from “Same Old Sh*t” It’s a pretty common thing actually, you just kind of hang around day after day doing the “same old sh*t”, until you become bored to death, and drop dead…

I think around 50, that is when my mom started complaining that she was old. If the person who died thought that they were old, then they died of old age.
