You should book your package thru Disney. They are really the best place to go. They have the deals for 6 nights/7 days for 1500 at value resort. That does not include park hopper tickets though. I personally think the best way to go is booking your room separately from the tickets. You may not get a little token, but you will save tons of money. We just recently stayed at Disney for 10 nights and had 8 day park hopper/water park tickets and spent 1900 for the tickets and hotel. That is cheaper than a package. We have been to Disney 13 times and that is the way we always go.

We stay on site at the value resorts. The rooms range from 79-139 a night depending on the time of year you go. The value resorts are Pop Century stayed there twice, All Star Movies stayed there once, All Star Sports staying there in 2007 and All Star Music. You might could get a cheaper room staying off site but I like the convience of staying on site. If you get tired in the afternoon and need a nap all you need to to is catch a bus back to your resort. If you are staying some where else they may have a bus run but it does not run very often. Driving your car to the parks is a pain in the butt. All of the value resorts i have stayed at is better quality than most of the Sheratons, Hiltons. etc. i have stayed at. The magical dining may seem like alot of money but it is the cheapest way because when you get in the park and see the cost of the food it is cheaper to do it that way. We have done both. I hope this helps and have a magical trip.

going through that right now.. we recently found out that the package deals are two good to be true.... if you go with a family of four a $1900.00 dollar package seems to be a good deal and it is for 7 days and 6 nights and tickets included but it is extra for the park hopper, which we knew, but it is also $700.00 dollars extra for meals.. meals are not included in the package...
we are driving and have decided that we will go with the $1500.00 package and eat off the resort and bring snacks into the parks, which you can do... have a good time!!!
