1 item affecting my status..it says my antivirus softwarre hasnt ben updated recently..so i updated it...still red...did it 3 times in total and its still red...i have a virus i think...it says no action was taken when it finds it.......and now i cant open msn messenger....any idea what to do??

you should have it set to update automatically
your not getting good protection if it doesn't

First thing you need to do is download the free home version of Adaware. http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
Install, update and run a full system scan
I recommend Avast anti virus http://www.avast.com/
Download the free home version, it works great.
Uninstall your older version of anti virus software before installing Avast if you decide to use it.
