If you take the best pornstar and put her up against the best hooker I would say pornstar. The best pornstar does all the positions and all the holes by more than one guy at a time. The best hooker usually does one position, one guy, and usually with her eyes rolled back in boredom. Hooker probably is coughing up blood from smoking and diseases as well. Pornstars are better not only for their sexual diversity but are tested and STD free!!

I would say neither "knows" sex better. They each sell fantasy and pleasure but that doesn't make them experts at good sex. That's much more complicated and is open to interpretation.
