Everyone that recommended Amazon gave you a good suggestion. Barnes & Noble has a reliable service too, but Amazon's website is a little more user-friendly. Books A Million is usually priced a littler higher than most, so I think you will find better deals on Amazon.

Yes the computer has made life easier for all of us. To bad you didn't have an 800 number for the book company you have been dealing with on line so you can talk to a real person and get this mess straighten out. I don't get my books on line or through postal reading clubs I just go to the books store and pick mine up. Yes you don't get good deals on some of these books but at least when you order a book through a book store you get your books. I would suggest your mother phone the company and have her talk to them. Adults can always talk to adults in certains situation like this because your mother will be taken more seriously then you will be. Sorry that's how life works. Hope you get your three books and never deal with that company again.

I've always had good results ordering through Amazon. I've never had any problems with books other than sometimes the estimates they tell you will change. I've had books arrive a week ahead of schedule....and sometimes they arrive two or three weeks after the estimated time. But they've always been good about sending them...and they are good about answering questions about your order in a timely manner through email too.

maybe it's messed up because you didn't communicate clearly. If your question is any indication of your language skills, they probably didn't understand you.
