of course, people got killed by myspace,but thats not being careful, but friends can get together and chat and have fun.

it's good and bad.
good because you can chat with your friends and decorate it and have fun.
bad because, sadly, some people are stupid and accept people as their friends they don't even know. then they talk to them...give them personal information...met the person...get killed/raped/etc.
people should be more carefull and talk to only people they know.

People did NOT get Killed by MySpace.
People Killed people or planed it on MySpace and were reported and arrested before they could.
In fact MySpace has prevented a lot of bad things from happening because "People" were STUPID enough to post it in an open forum.
MySpace gets my vote for being good, its some of the "MORONS" on it that make it look bad. Same goes for here too.
Not You, you have a good question, but I have seen such bad language used in Yahoo Answers I have reported many.
People just don't realize these are PUBLIC forums with children, so even I have to watch my language.
But if there STUPID enough to talk about shooting, or anything bad. I say great! We have a printed record and can track them down before they can do any real harm.

I think the teen's who did get killed, were being immature. I totally feel sorry for their families. But seriously, why would you meet someone off the net? LAME! I love myspace. I some really good friends on there that I have lost touch with over the years. I don't add random people. If I havent ever talked to you in real life, I wont add you on my myspace. Use your heads people. It wasn't myspace that guy those kids (teens) killed. It was the teens.

my opinion is it's just bad. it's turned from a fun and cool place to "hang out" with friends to a cyber/porn site. i went there a couple times to look up something and i found myself looking at someone else's page..which included porn. the fact that they allow porn on myspace is wrong.

neither I think all sites are dangerous but you still need be caustion about that site so its bad and good . Good is having fun but Bad that things can happen to anyone.
