I would rather be defined by my character because if people identified me by my actions they would be judging every single thing that I did, but if I was defined by character it wouldn't be so plain as to find what and who I am as a person.

I think your actions should always be a description of your character. Therefore, I couldn't chose actions *or* character. Because if my actions are bad, my character isn't nice either, or I wouldn't have done bad things in the first place. And - people can only see your actions, not your character.
I would like to be considered someone who has his faults but who does struggle to become a better person.
Someone who is friendly and kind - and who is not prejudiced against others only because they are different in some ways.

My character. Any character flaws I have are a part of who I am; If I make a mistake and am judged by that action, I dont want to be defined by my mistakes, as thats not an accurate picture of who I am...everyone makes mistakes.

Character defines your actions...and Your actions define your character. You cannot have one without the other. It is one.

I think by my character. But people can only tell what kind of character I have by my actions so I think they sort of go hand and hand . . . I guess :) Good question

Actions reflect character, no? Even if you were pretending to be someone you're not, eventually your true self would show through...so for me, I'd prefer definition by character.
