can it kill me to be getting pregnanat with my tubes tied i had a very complicated pregnancy before with my tubes tied and it was painful i was in the hospital in a tridelenber position fitting

There is like a 0.3% chance of getting preggo with you tubes tied, and generally if it happens, it will be a tubal pregnancy which can kill you, and the baby can not live, it will rupture your fallopian tube as it grows, so without medical intervention it cannot be a viable pregnancy....You need to get a reversal of you tubal done to have a chance at pregnancy....

yes you can still get pregnant although it would be a very poor chance.
