they messed up my order 3 x, made me drive back to store to fix it, refused to deliver when i was available, were rude to me on the phone, hung up on me, when finally delivered, they had wrong furniture, when i called corporate no response, when i called store they were just plain rude. i do not want anyone else abused like this. should i tell all my friends, or write to the local papers?

I don't think any newspapers would be interested. It's unlikely that they'd even publish a letter of complaint about it. Instead, you should look into contacting the Better Business Bureau and seeing if they're a member. If they are, lodge a complaint with them. I've posted a link for them below. I 've never heard of that store, but it certainly looks like they're in the BBB database.

There are also websites online where you can critique businesses, so you can warn other people away from them.

both. let ppl know in any way you can if you feel this much...'hate'...for this store and its dreadful customer service. you dont want ppl sufferin the same fate so do all of them a favor verbally, on paper, etc. then again, you dont the store pressin charges or anything so just be aware of the possibility of going a step too far with this whole complaint business
