The Salt water crocodile is definitely more aggressive than the great white shark. It is largely because on how these two predators hunt. The salt water crocodile is ferociously territorial since it hunts by ambush and waits for it's prey to come to it, whereas the great white pursues prey and is generally not too bothered about something which is not it's prey.

I'd think the shark would be more aggressive because it is warm blooded and doesn't have as much need to conserve energy but if they had the opportunity to meet up and fight, I think the croc would win out because of it's amour.
