I placed an order - they entered it wrong. I had to drive back to store to correct the errors since they would not help over phone or on line. Then they switched delivery on me 3 times and were rude to me when I told them I was not available the days they wanted to deliver. Then they finally delivered but did not have the right furniture,after they'd called and rescheduled again so all would be there. When I called to complain, they hung up on me! I called management who promised to look into it and call me back. They never did. I finally called and told them to come pick this furniture up and refund my money. They argued with me! After threatening to call the better business boro, they finally agreed to refund and pick up the furniture. I am disusted. what should I do to make sure no one else is treated this way? I called their corporate office 2x with no response. Your suggestions?

Those guys will help you.

im so sorry that you had to go through that... customer service is at an all time low i feel, they just dont care about the customer! the only place i feel where customer service is absolutely divine is at a pavillions market... they are soo helpful... sorry..
