It should not matter what color or race we are , but it does to many , there are good and bad in all , Hitler wanted a pure race ! Jesus loved all that were rightious , even the thief that was beside him? here is the answer to your question , yes it does matter right now because of man hiding the truth of who is who in this world ! when the truth is unvieled we will all feel like fools for being fooled again ! keep looking for the truth !

Hmm...I was hoping for something deeper, but this is really just a question of geography and racial tension isn't it? Well, it matters where you are. Sure, to some people, if you say you are from a certain place they will have pre-concieved notions about you. An example? Pretend you are white and from the American South. Many people will assume you are racist. You could be white and from Beverly Hills, many will assume you are rich and cultured and probably have had plastic surgery. You may or may not be. This shows that cursory opinions will be influenced by "where you are from." Although in social interactions, if someoe takes the time to get to know you, then you can refute or confirm their initial opinions.

the political correct answer is of course "no". However everything depends on adjusting to the mores and cultural customs of the people who live "somewhere"

Nope, not if you live in one of those cracker towns in the U.S.A., stay from places where class and cast system works, they tend to worry to much about the hue and not the content of the person.But the loveliest place in the world are in the U.S.A. go there,Enjoy.

for me it doesnt matter. but the problem is when you meet some ignorants who wont accept you just coz you come from a certain place or country it sucks.
