The surface area of any place is relative to the accuracy of the instrument you use to measure it. Using a foot ruler you would get one answer, using a millimeter ruler you would get a much larger answer. Using an infinitely small measuring device, England becomes infinite. But Wikipedia says Area: Total: 244,820 SQ KM water: 3,230 SQ KM land: 241,590 SQ KM.
