Of course it's going to be Lindsay!! She is a much achieved actress than Hilary... Look at all the movies lined up for her!! Hilary is always overshadowed by Lindsay... Lindsay is known and APPRECIATED by everyone.... while Hilary is known by everyone but she's seldom or shall I say never appreciated...
i used to be Hilary's fan but I really think her weight loss made her go DOWN!!! and that horrible Joel Madden.... Ugh!!
Lindsay has already graced the covers of Vanity Fair which Hilary was probably NEVER offered because she has no substance as a celebrity

i think Hilary Duff would win by a mile! coz she's great and she isnt like Lindsay who adores her beauty and hates her parents....Hilary has been acting and singing for a long time now...shes definitely more experienced with her personal life...and does not make issues on her family life to pulicise her albums atleast!
