Assuming you're using Windows, go to your control panel and open Regional and Language Options. On the Languages tab, under Language used in menus and dialogs, click the language you want. If you're current language is German you may need to translate. Visit http://www.freetranslation.com if you need to.

in control panel you can see Regional and language option if your langu.. is not instal you must inset windows CD and in Advanced you must select English . but if english is inst you can just in regional option change to english .

FORMAT THE PC AND change the language setting..at the time of install .
