We just bought this carpet a month ago and during a party, either Coke or wine/other alcohol was dropped on it. What should I do to remove it?

I work with cascade carpet cleaning and what you should do first is DONT put any cleaners on it!!! LEAVE IT BE!! When you apply a self cleaning stain remover you can set the stain rather than remove it! If you really wanna do it yourself, check out the site: www.proschoice.com
They have all commercial carpet cleaning supplies, which we use, and they are incredible.
I would reccomend to just call a carpet cleaner if you truly love your new carpet!!

This is probably too late to use now, but in the future, this is a cool little trick for getting out drink stains such as Coke, Coolaid, ect from carpets and rugs:
*This has to be done before the stain dries! Must be done immediately following the spill!
This what you do. No cleaners, no scrubbing, no nothing! Just a cup of water.
Get a cup of water and pour it directly over the spill and the spill will disappear! Because the spill is still wet, the water pushes it down into a deeper layer of the carpet and out of sight. Then, dap the wet spot with a paper towel and let it dry for alittle bit. The stain will be GONE! I promise. ;)
This is a quick fix trick I've been using for years. It may not be the way you're looking for if you want your carpet 100% clean and fresh, but it works. It also removes the smell or odor of whatever you spilled. So dont worry about the smell of Cherry Coke ratting you out! :P
