Organic products usually don't taste different than non-organic, they are just healthier ( and more expensive). I still like to buy as much of them as I can.

Alba doesn't work for me. I have good results with Lush products & Dr Hauschka and Aubry.

Yes, they are good and tend to be healthier: you know exactly what you are getting (no pesticides, hormones, etc.)
Some of the packaged cereals are really good and high in protein and fiber too.
