According to the Elias Sports Bureau, In 2004, the average length of a National League game was 2:47:20, compared to 2:46:55 in the American League. I don't know over the last decade. But there's last years.

This article doesn't give exact lengths of time, but it does give a graph of the average game length since 1940. If you needed hard numbers, you could probably contact Ted Turocy through SABR, since he's the one who compiled the data to graph:
