The new playstation 3 is coming out soon- in November I believe. Last November I stood in line 15 hrs so I could get an xbox 360 for my 15 yr old son! I got the first one! HURRAY! Now he is dying for this new Playstation 3 that is coming out this year! He is a straight a student who is never in trouble and he really is an awesome kid! BUT I have been saving money and I can either buy him his first car and a years insurance or this $700 Playstation 3!!!!! Asking teenagers- which one would u like most?????

Teenagers want immediate gratification. They want the Playstation now. When it comes to the car they will also want it when the time comes. We do not buy the new systems when they come out. We always wait a year. There are so many and in that time the kid sometimes doesnt want it anymore. We have xbox, playstation, gameboy, nintendo ds. Why do they need more?

i would much rather prefer a car. i would wait to get him a new game system untill the price goes down because another new system could be out in about 3 years or so. then he could buy a new one himself or you could buy him the 3 in a year or so.

i would definitely prefer the car, playstation sucks anyway, the new nintendo Wii will be a LOT cheaper and funner as well, but you should tell your son and let him decide
