As far as I'm concerned there isn't any one, passed or present that deserves that title.
No one has the right to govern the world anyway. Put one person in charge of the world would really be the BIGGEST mistake anyway. To many idiots think they are Gods already and to put one to lead the world--------not a sane idea under any circumstances, no matter who it would be either would be like putting a loaded gun to every head and pulling the trigger.
Nope, not a good idea so put this idea somewhere else and forget all about it.
