They arent rollerblades they are regular shoes except the have little wheels (for kids)

you can get it at journeys or shi shoes. any place in the mall that sells shoes. or you can go online
those are called heelys.

at the store on west street,but you will have to give them the size of the skates that you want

you can check the internet or "Hibett Sports". or you might even want to try a skate shop(skateboarding shop they have them for kids there), thats where i got mine! mine are called "Heelies".
