Well, this is just personal preference here, and I realize very few people will agree with me. However, I think Hermione should begin a relationship with Moaning Myrtle and really make her moan! The gal who plays Moaning Myrtle is a total honey (she is in her 30s btw). Harry, Ron and the rest of the males are all losers anyway. Hermione is blossoming into a fine young woman, and I think she should experiment with lesbianism with a ghost. I would call this the haunted ship of ghostly pleasure.
But seriously folks, I think what makes the Hermione/Ron relationship attractive to people is that if Harry and Hermione were to hook up, Ron would be left in the cold. Harry is almost like a Frodo character, with a heavy burden to bear. He has all the power. Like Frodo, he should not get the chick too. Rose goes to Sam. Ron, on the other hand, could be the "frog to prince" character, finding his strength in his love for Hermione. I don't see him as a momma's boy at all. His mom is like kryptonite to him. She constantly embarrasses him even though she loves him.

I like the thought just because in my head I always play the roll of Harry Potter and put who ever I think is the hottest thing since sliced bread as Hermione Granger, therefore it would only seem fitting for my boy Harry to get some fine young lady.

She has brains and is independent and Harry is looking for a girl with spirit. Unfortunately how I see it Hermione will end up with Ron the Mommy's boy and Harry well end up with Ginny, that's if he lives through the seventh book which is not going to happen.

There are still many different ships that are out of canon available on the net. People see what they will in different relationships, maybe it's that Harry needs Hermione's friendship and her intelligence, or maybe it's that Ron is too thick. It's that whole different strokes for different folks thing.

Harry/Ginny each of how. They have been meant to be from the be conscious flow. i think of the persons who deliver Harry/Hermione do no longer examine the books nicely. Hermione does not understand Harry in any respect - a very brother/sister form of relationship.
