Bears....definitely. When I got to watch a mother bear and her 3 cubs at the place where I lived in Canada..they would walk around in the field really slow but as soon as I stepped out on the porch to get a better look they run away crazy fast....at least as fast as my friends dog who once chased a big male bear and the bear couldnt outrun him we clocked the dog in the car at 30 mph.

Man, can walk extremely slow (as he wish ) and can run extremely fast ( 100 m in about 10 seconds = 360 kilometer/hour )

The basilisks (Basiliscus plumifrons). They run very fast ON the water surface!!!

I think it is man.
He walks slowly but on the other hand he can run fast (As man is a social animal)

Rabbits would be a good example- they hop along, kinda slow when walking,,,,then they get scared and hit their "afterburner" and they seem to dissappear
