If your talking about the type that people get on their bodies:
The are little mites. Insects, lice.
I hear, they itch like crazy.
You need some cream, insecticide cream, to kill them.
If your look at one in a microscope they look like "Crabs
The kind you find on the beach.

Oh, those little rotters? Well they look like tiny scabs. Just tiny. Anyhows they hold onto hairs and that's how they stay there. I shaved all my hair off and they came with it.
And I got it from a girl so don't look at me like that.
