I AM IN NO WAY ADVOCATING THAT WOMEN DON'T HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS AS MEN.

I would simply like to hear what other people have to say on this subject.

I think it's funny that a woman who decides to stay home with her kids while her husband works is considered to be oppressed by the Woman's liberation movement.

Please Oppress me like that, I would gladly be a "House Man", I even have my day planed:

0530 Run and / or lift for an hour (I am a house man and need to keep up my appearance so my sugar mama is still happy, I would expect a house wife to do the same)

0630 Get kids up, fed, and dressed for the day

0730 Take their butts to school

0930 Shower change and then spend an hour cleaning the house

1100 Drink beer and play video games until kids come home

1600 lock the kids up until their homework is done then send them out to play

1745 Throw some instant rice in the microwave and some chicken breasts on the Foreman Grill and open a can of peas(have a beer)

1800 Dinner is on the table and I am ready to pay attention to the wife for a while

1900 Hang out and play video games until time to put the kids to bed (maybe another beer)

2000 put kids to bed

2100 Clean up the house a little

2200 Put the wife to bed

Sounds like a good day to me!

Women have a little more rights. Like when someone gets a divorce the man has to pay $ every month. For the most part everything is basically equal. Even though the feminist groups will act like its not.

Woman is the crown jewel of all of God's creation. Only when woman was created/ organized was God's creation pronounced good and complete.
Man is nothing without the woman, within lawful marriage. Woman was made to compliment the man within the covenant of Marriage and Man was made to compliment the woman.
Equal rights as it applies to men and women is a misnomer and a pipe dream. Unfortunately women have been in a state of cultural and wilful suppression which has resulted in the women's rights/ feminist movement.
This movement has done far more harm than good as it relates to the institution of the family and marriage.
Because women are able to work and be "independent" there is less dignity in the man being the bread winner and thus less impetus for a man to stay married to the woman or get married at all. Women are now working around other men and are far more likely to cheat on their husbands and vice versa.
Because of this men and women divorce far too often which has the result of causing irrepairable harm to the children. The children grow up not learning how to be a man or a woman from their father and mother. You need both to have a child grow up as a "well rounded" individual.
Instead they grow up to repeat this cycle of marital child abuse we call divorce.
Instead of being at home teaching and rearing their children mom and dad work too many hours to spend much time with their children. Instead the children get raised by total strangers in daycare centers with the risk of anything happening to that child whether it be abuse, neglect, or sickness.
Single moms in many instances have to work so many hours to support their children that they have no choice but to put their children in day care and spend very little time with their children.
Women need to be at home if our society and civilization is to survive.
That doesn't mean they need to go back to the "good old days" of having no say whatsoever in the home and being slave and servant to the husband and children and having virtually no rights as it pertains to their right to life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. However this all needs to be defined and operational within the framework of the survival of a good and decent society, which is invariably and indisputably founded on the family and marriage between a man and a woman.
Men need to take responsibility for their wife and family. Women need to return to the home to raise children up to good and responsible men and women.
Men and women need to strip themselves of pride and selfishness and work out their differences in a spirit of forgiveness and love. In this way will divorces be avoided and children can have both their mom and dad instead of neither of them.
This isn't about equality, it is about family unity, marital unity and happiness.

women are the backbone of society so we already have equal rights by nature. Only thing is that men havent realized it yet.
