well actually i only like the series of gundam seed...however...according to my brother this game is quite new and he thinks it's a limited addition...so he said there is only a slight chance that it'll appear in america or philippine...however even if it does it's gonna be when it's not as popular like a year or so later and it's gonna be really expensive....

It was only released in Japan.
As far as I know when it was released, there were some pirated editions out in the Philippines (in japanese of course) but as of now, according to my source, those versions are no longer available.
Soooo.... the only option you have is ordering the original through online shops. (Or... come to japan and find a used copy at Book-off! hahahahahahahaha.....--> I know this doesn't help at all)
