My thoughts, make it have meaning!
Use numbers, names and such that when you see it, you know its yours and you know inside what it means.
Then, when someone asks whats with the name, you will have a meaningful, beautiful story to tell. Sit down and think about what is important to you, and what would give you a little pick me up just by hearing the name. Good luck with it!
I like to have meaning in each name I chose for anything.
If this suggestion sucks, then paint it all pink and call it the Fat Flamingo. (Ive always wanted to do that)

I've owned a few places myself. The name can be unique and cool..but has to really somehow reflect the atmosphere, the architecture, etc. Without a few pictures or something..it's kinda tough. Anyway..
