Put up some flyers offering the 75.00 to someone who can tow you home. If it is in town, the towing company shouldn't be more than that anyway. Not where I live. But you will probably find some guy with a big truck that will tow you and who needs the money. Just find out how to do it legally.
It really pays to have AMA. (that is what we have in Alberta) It costs $8 a month and I get free towing, car unlocking, gas brought to me etc.
Good luck. Just keep thinking, my car will be home, my car will be home.

Yup, get a tow strap. I think they are as low as $13 at Wal-Mart, $20 for one of the nice nylon ones. Try to do it in the off-peak hours. If it is on the side of a major road you may want to get this done quickly before it gets towed away and impounded... that can run up to $500 or more just to get it out!

We used to flat tow the car very carefully, at a time of day without much traffic, by having someone operate the brakes and steering in the car being towed (more difficult with power steering). You can get a 'towing strap' for less than forty bucks. Example...

first of all, there is no implied guarantee. once you got the vehicle, between the information you signed pronounced the vehicle replace into as is/the place is without warranties expressed or implied. The implied guarantee of merchantability purely applies till it is particularly deisclaimed interior the place of work work, which yours replace into. I assure this, because of the fact it is a time-honored form all sellers have purchasers sign, in all 50 states that i understand of. you're purely entitled to repair of the window, considering the fact it is particularly called out on your documetns. the different maintenance are your duty. the only 'out' you will possibly have is on the catalytic converter. in case your state has smog regulations, there could desire to be a rule that the vehicle could desire to be waiting to pass smog and/or inspection. If there's a clogged catalytic it won't pass. yet, the only element they could be required to do is replace the converter and get it smogged. you will get no refund, you're actually not entitled to it. you will get the widow fastened, and doubtless the cat. Thats it.
