Does the middle man in the delivery of street drugs get a "tip" from the person receiving it? I know you don't believe me, but I seriously have a tweeky friend that is so tweeked that she never knows what she is doing.

She always "tips" some of the delivery.... I tell her she is stupid for wasting all her sh*t.... and wasting all her money by buying it and then giving part of it away... but then again he is the "driver".. so does that constitute a tip?

What is the proper thing to do? I'm talking about ice here.... and serious answers please... ;)

Middle men mark up the price because they're providing a service. They're using their time, gas, etc. and risking a lot being a runner. Your friend is being nice, but throwing some their way isn't required or expected. In my experience the middle men pretty much hang out and do drugs with the higher up people and that is most of their payment. The supplier will tell the middle man to come back with a certain amount of money and anything additional the middle man collects is his/hers to keep. So yeah, the middle man is probably thinking your friend is a dumbass but he'd be stupid to say anything because he's getting more free drugs in addition to the ones he is already provided with, plus the cash markup he gets from her. That's just my experience, I'm sure it's somewhat different among the various groups...Try to get her off the ice though. It's one of the worst to get started on. Luckily, I didn't get as bad as I could have and I've pretty much quit. I saw too many smart, happy friends' lives' turned upside down and ruined. She'll most likely get caught sometime. Usually that's the best thing because with ice, most people won't quit until they do, and even then it's so hard to get away from. My best friend got caught and I am so thankful he did because I'm not sure where he'd be right now if he hadn't. To all the people making useless comments about this-answers like, "she's dumb" and "that's stupid" don't help. Unless you've been there yourself or known someone very well, you don't know how hard it is to overcome. Obviously it's easiest to not start, but quitting is the hardest thing anyone on ice will ever do so please encourage it, don't make useless remarks.

First, she is stupid to do drug anyway.

Second, since the middleman installs a mark-up anyway, there is no reason to "tip".

And he gets a kickback from his distributor for the work he does.
