So what can I do about a restaurant (in CT) who is supporting gambling? Who can I report it to?

yes as long as no cash exchanges hands. You can play gamble all you want but you cant use money BUT people can use chips then when they leave they can go around the corner and pay each other.

It is illegal to gamble anywhere that gambling is illegal. But people still do it. Some of them get arrested too.

Is it a charity, or will you be gambling w/ real money? Real money is not legal.
