you most likely have a bad hose that runs from the frame to the caliper, it may look good but is internally "checking" and causing the caliper to hang up. when it hangs up again, open the bleeder valve and if it lets go the problem is deffinalty in the hose

you may also need new caliper bolt,s,,this is a important thing when you replace the caliper,s,,because the caliper,s slide back and forth on them,,if there worn,,it will cause them to stick,,you may also have some dirt in the master cylinder,,making it,s way down to the wheel,,and as you and i both know it doesn;t take much blockage to cause one to lock up,,also check your pad,s make sure there not wearing off sideways,s,,this will also cause it,,look at the rotor,s real close and see if they are true,,this is a common cause for this problem,,i hope this help,s dome.
