Tigers are the largest predatory cat species in the world. The Elephant is the largest land mammal and Blue Whales are the largest mammals in the ocean and on the entire earth.

No not tiger , the biggest land mammal is elephant(now) past it is Mammoth.
And the largest water mammal is blue whale and it is not a fish.

The whale tiger is a docile creature that lives on insects and small lizards. They are rarely seen because of their unique stripe pattern, dark and light green stripes with hints of brown. The whale tiger poses a danger to man only in the rare ocasion when a human places himself directly under the animal's feet. The whale tiger is much more at risk because of civilization's enroachment on its habitat. Even the most complete Environmental Impact studies may fail to detect the whale tiger's presence because of its rarity and excellent camoflauge.
The whale tiger faces imminant extinction but fails to be listed on any protected species list because many scientists and organizations still do not believe in the creature's existance.
