Baby wipes are a very good inexpensive way to clear up oily skin. I would not use it on any dry areas though. The alcohol content will dry the oil and help clear the pimples. I use them on my face, neck, and chest because I have very oily skin. Wash your face and such every morning and night to prevent any more from showing up.
Good luck!

You can try Proactiv solution, if you're really committed (it's a little expensive, and they send it to you every month and charge you). I would try Aveeno Clear Complexion - they have things you can wash your face with, exfoliate, toners, and moisturizers too, and you can probably get it in the grocery store.
For your shoulders, try Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash. It uses the same active ingredient as the Aveeno but can be used all over your body.

Keeping the oil away and pores clear stops pimples, but it is alot of work. For your shoulders and chest you need a good stiff long-handled shower brush and scrub hard with lots of soap when you shower (at least once a day).
For your face...get used to washing it alot. Wash every time your face feels greasy to touch...every two-three hours if neccessary.
