It depends...if it's a healthy fantasy then probably not. If it's sex outside of marriage or something that has negative consequences, yes, those long-term negative consequences outweigh the very brief (if any) pleasure the fantasy brings.

It is correct. Fantasies have a lot of power for what they are. It could be dangerous/hazardous to your health to make one of those become reality.
