Varies from location to location...go to Costco.com and click Locations link (its on top on the right hand side), and either enter your zip code or address location and its gonna show up the locations near you and click on any one of them and there you can see the timings of that warehouse.

9 a.m. for executive members where the serve coffee and donuts and you get to shop before the other members and 10a.m. for everyone else....
