2 pints. You can remember it by drawing a huge G, putting four Q's inside, 2 ps inside the q, and 2 cs inside each p. Gs are gallons, quarts are qs, pints are ps, and cs are cups. So you can say there are 2 cups in a pint, 2 pints in a quart, and 4 quarts in a gallon.
