Lucas let it slip a few times. He made allusions to it, but also denies it. I say yes. After the T.V. series starts. By the way, Peter Mehew, who plays Chewbacca, signed for 3 more movies when he did Episode III.

those Supershadow scripts are Bogus.
I talked to the guy who wrote them.. Lucas didnt have a thing to do with that or most of the site. All though they were interesting script ideas.
The only lead i have ever heard of a new Star Wars movie, was that i heard one time of a guy who ran into lucas on a beach a few years back and asked him if after Ep 3 if he would ever do another movie. At the time he said that he might someday down the road but none planned. Then the guy askd him if it would be a prequel or a sequel. Lucas said that he would love to go back 800 years before ep 4 to the Sith Wars when Yoda helps win them.

Lucas has said No but he lies a lot. he also said that the special edition trilogy would be the only versions and all of a sudden in September we will see the original theatrical versions.
He is a liar with a big neck or goiter.

When George Lucas announced that he was releasing a second trilogy of Star Wars, he hinted at the prospect of a third. other than that I have heard no news of it.
