I want to create a message box for my website for contacting me. Where can I make one?

That depends upon your hosting provider and what sort of server you're on. If it's a windows server, you'll have to look into an ASP/ASP.net solution or if it's linux with PHP, there are a variety of PHP scripts for contacting you that can be used.
