I know these are myths and only ultrasounds can be for sure(most of the time) I just thought it would be fun to play around with. Thanks to everyone with the true answers to my question.

if in the monogram the baby has a penis then you can pretty much tell its a boy

Wow, what a coinkydink! I just found a website yesterday where I read about someone trying out one of those old wives tales. I had never heard about it before but the website was all about what's called pre-birth communication. One story was about this woman who kept having dreams that she was having a girl. Then she had a dream where she delivered two babies. So she and her husband decided to try something they'd heard about just for fun and pulled a strand of her hair through her wedding ring and held it over her belly. It was supposed to swing back and forth to indicate a boy, and swing in circles for a girl. Well, it didn't move at all so they laughed and said "guess it's both!". Well, guess what! She ended up having twins, one boy and one girl!! She thinks her twins were trying to let her know about them. I usually don't put much stock in things like this but I thought that was pretty cool!

Well... those are myths and sadly you cannot find out until your ultrasound.... I wish that I could know right now, but im only 13 weeks... Good luck

All ole wifes tale, there is no sure way of thelling if you are having a boy or girl.

I've heard of tying a ring on a string and holding it above your belly and if it swings left and right it's a girl, and upand down a boy

tell you what, there is this radio talk show I listen to and the guys on it have a 98% accuracy rate on guessing baby sex. give them a call after you're in your 6th or later month and they can tell you.

They say if you are carrying "low" its a boy, if you are carring "high" its a girl. My belly was Soooo Low and we did end up having a baby boy, so maybe there is truth in that :)

they say mostly boys are born in autumn and winter and girls are born in spring and summer, also you may have a lot more morning sickness when you are carrying a girl
