o im really sorry guys. the demensions of the tank are 16 inches high, 24 inches wide and 36 inches long.

i think its 10368 cubic inches, but im not sure.

Your answer is right.
Just V = 13824*(12/16)= 10368, No need to other dimensions

This question is a bit confusing.. I assume you mean it's 13824 cubic inches when full, but now it's only 12 inches deep?

The amount of water would depend on the cross sectional area of the aquarium.
