Would you accept the distruction of American soil?
Would you accept innocent American casualties?
Would you accept Canadian planes dropping bombs on America in a hypothetical hunt for terrorists?
If so, why?
If not, then why should Lebanon endure it from Israel?

I agree with you and I have another question. If Israel had arrested 2 Lebanese soldiers and Lebanon had bombed Israel in return, killing innocents, what do you think would be the reaction of the US? Don't you think they would have stopped Lebanon with any means (even military)? Isn't the killing of innocent people and the destruction within a sovereign country the definition of terrorrrism?

1st it would never happen. We here in Canada aren't stupid we do not have the equipment or the manpower to do something like that.
2nd. The wars going on with Israel and Lebanon the Palestinians and the rest over there has been going on for about the last 4000 years; this is not a recent occurrence.
3rd the only real terrorists are those trained and used by the CIA of the USA. Clean up your government and eliminate the problems.

America did not fire rockets into Canada, or kidnap American soldiers. Get you facts right. If the Palestinians/muslims want peace, they need to stop the violence as well. The Middle east is a mess because all parties are unwilling to give an inch.

The problem here in lies; so many people are in denial of the fact that those nations support terrorists; U.S.A is against acts of terrorism.
Those nations supporting terrorism are weak so they resort to terrorism; they have no courage; they have to be cowardly because they have no strength to admit they are weak and subservient in power to greater more advanced nations and powers. They believe their God Allah will save them by allowing them to fight by means of terrorism which is an economic type of war.
I think they are also prideful and stiff necked; sore losers.
Why not do what they can without violence; do they not believe they can achieve anything otherwise?
They are not united. They are out of control. They should be fighting for their own rights of government without force; but by unionizing "against, and, or for," their own governments. Not by sheer force of bombs against imagined enemies. But they are also sensless. They do not comprehend democracy and how it entails views which are gray, black, and white. There is a lot of middle ground between what is right and what is wrong. This is what these people need to learn. To unify peoples of different view points there must be a whole lot of allowing for disagreements and debate; however, I believe they only see right or wrong; black or white; life or death; war or peace. Get a grip on how life really works and progresses. Bombs do not solve problems utlimately. Ultimately problems get solved through discussion and debate; but stiff necked people have no brain power; just gun powder.
That is why those who are weak need to allow those who are strong to help them govern; which can only be done when they stop believing the lies given to them. The lies they are believing are coming from those who desire power through terror and war.
Ban against the bad government such as those in Iran and Syria who support war rather than diplomacy.

Because the lebanese government can't control the people in its territory. If a government has an army, it controls it. It makes the decision of if and when the country goes to war and why. In south Lebanon thugs decide when they want to use firepower and do so whenever they please.
