how long does it take to get the contacts after u order them because people tell me it takes 2 weeks is that true or does it take longer or less time then 2 weeks

This depends on the place you buy them from.According to the type of lenses you need,the shop may have them on stock or they may need to order them from the producer. If they need to be ordered,sometimes it may take up to a month,especially if they are ordered from a different country.However,in the case of local producers it will probably take a week.If they have them on stock you are lucky and you will get them on the spot or in a couple of days.

I ordered contacts from Walmart Vision Center on June 30th, and they still haven't come in, but weekends, and the July 4th holiday didn't count as business days. Toric lenses and multi focus lenses seem to take a little longer.

It depends. Sometimes they have them in stock. If you get your prescription from the Dr. then you can go to other eye places and see if they have them in stock. Also try 1-800-Contacts. I don't know how long they take but it's worth a shot. My friend said she ordered them from there and they were great.

when i got married it took 2 weeks and it depends on where you ordered them so about 2 weeks

When I first got them, it took one week. I got em from the eye doctor place in the Wal*Mart Super Center thing.

usually takes about 2 mins, my optometrist has a large supply in stock at all times.
If you have astigmatism or need specialized contacts, such as bi-focal type, it might take longer because they will have to order them.

4-6 weeks delivery.It's really hard for people to stay almost two months without them!

um ...... it takes about two weeks so order them early because you might go a while without them if you dont
