u can not make an animate jpg file
jpg files are photo only
u should make GIF files
u can use adobe image ready for creating GIF files
or search for some programs on www.download.com

JPG is a low memory occupying type of photo unlike the bitmap image which is a high memory occupying image. GIF type images can be animated. I am not sure how to make one though. I am just providing you with information on types of images.

You don't make animated JPGs, you make animated GIFs.
