Go to county clerk's office and find out. Alternatively, go to county assessor's office and find out who pays property tax on the property.

Call the courthouse where the property is located and give them the address and they will give you the owner's name. This is public record. As far as the mortgage company I do not think that information would be available, but I could be wrong.
