i replace right into a virgin till 24. no longer that large a deal. Kissed plenty. Socially awkward seems such as you assert or do the incorrect element on the incorrect time on a usual foundation. i've got carried out a touch that, too. women human beings can experience desperateness. only loosen up, and meet human beings. Be friendly yet no longer pushy. Be powerful. in case you like a woman, smile at her slightly extra. Say hi. Have pastimes and activities you're in touch in so which you have some thing to talk approximately besides being desperate. once you're making some friends from new activities, you would be able to get invited to a social gathering. Arrive early and be powerful. stay late and help cleanup, as long as you're nonetheless welcome. Or depart early before it seems which you're only striking around. If somebody seems bored, asks them out for a cup of coffee. See the place a verbal replace leads. Get sturdy at some thing so which you provides you instructions. See the humorous component of issues, and doubtless you will make human beings chortle. circulate do some thing. you will meet human beings doing the comparable element. compliment human beings. Intelligently, clearly. Be superb, no longer strange.

I think it shows a lot of self confidence. I am only 5'2" so I very seldom meet a man shorter than me. But I have never looked away from a man because of that. I actually am engaged to a man who is 6'5" and it causes a lot of neck pain to dance with him and look up at him all the time. He says the same that looking down all the time hurts him. BUT we love each other and that is a sacrifice we are both willing to make. I am far from superficial and I think a man or woman should be judged on their actions/attitudes not on their looks or height. But if that works for you then more power to you.

Jeez, girl, got a hang up? I'd say so! I never really considered that one of our social norms here in the US... I know of a few couples that have celebrated over 40+ yrs of marriage and the guy is TONS shorter than the girl. I suppose then that you think someone is sacrificing their dignity and self-respect if they date someone fatter than themselves? Gee, I am SOOOOOOOOOO glad that you are not one of my friends.... Heaven forbid I get a zit or something!

Maybe they have sufficient self-respect not to be affected by your pathetic ideas of a 'social norm'. I hope none of them are unlucky enough to end up with someone as shallow as you. I'm 6 foot 2 btw.

what a superficial question! it's the inside that counts, and we all come in different sizes/packages. if 2 people like/are attracted to each other, more power to them. Who supposes these social norms? If you really need something like that to make yourself feel a little better... get a life!

The very fact that you think it's ABNORMAL for a short man to have a relationship with a tall woman shows your lack of dignity, and therefore my respect.
You should be asshamed of yourself.

It's opposite if you ask me, he believes that he can get tall girls, is not intimidated by it, knows that he can keep control and not get walked over by her, that shows confidence in himself and self-respect. For men, height is not that important anyway.
I can see that most people agree here :)

I think they will find people who aren't blind followers of the "social norms" and live happily ever after.
