Maybe the intimacy in your marriage has fizzled...she obviously respects you because she wants to have your child. For a man, sex is more physical. For a woman, sex has an incredible emotional aspect - it's a relationship, not an act.
Find out what she likes through "investigative foreplay" and focus on pleasing her. If you keep this up, chances are she'll be so grateful that she'll want you to be pleased as well. Be patient, though, it could take time to build trust with her again.
Most of all, talk and LISTEN to her - this is the BEST foreplay for a woman!!

Have you talked to her about this? Maybe she's got the idea that sex is for procreation only (gee.... wonder where THAT idea might come from??). And if she's not having a great time with you during sex, she may not know how fantastic it can feel.
(let me tell you something, though... I was never as horny as when I was pregnant)

Your wife must think you may be a good father that is willing to step up but maybe not a good enough husband for her. I would feel used and abused. If you are having problems in your relationship you better protect yourself so you don't end up hurt in the end, she will always have something to hold over your head.. a baby....

She's only thinking of herself and her desire to have a baby. I guess you're just a sperm donor. Take a good look at your relationship, if she's not interested in your feelings, wants, needs, in other areas I'd say run away before she gets pregnant and you're stuck financing her and her baby's life.

She is seriously focused on wanting to have a baby. But, you have needs too so I would tell her that you enjoy having sex with her even if you don't conceive and it hurts your feelings to think she only wants to do it in the hopes of conceiving.

That she wants a baby. She is depressed and lonely and wants one little person in the whole world that will love her totally and unconditionally. A baby is also a good way to trap a guy too.

I would say it means ya'all need councelling. There is some issue there that she wants you to give her someone who will be completely dependant on her, but she doesn't want to give you anything in return. There was a story about similar couples on NBC last night
